"I'm a country girl who found herself in the heart of the city! Originally hailing from a quaint town in West Virginia, fate led me to Calgary, Alberta, Canada, where I've embraced urban life for over two decades.

As an author, I draw inspiration from the tapestry of characters I've encountered, both in reality and in the realm of dreams. Writing has been my passion since the tender age of five when my imagination spun tales of my teddy bear heroically rescuing Thanksgiving. Now, I'm thrilled to announce that 'Starting Over in Montana' will mark my debut as a published author.

My late father was my steadfast champion, always nudging me to share my stories with the world. I promised him I would, someday. When he passed, I discovered a poem I'd penned for him at 18, a piece he cherished for 31 years. His unwavering belief in my talent fuels my commitment to fulfill my dream, honoring his memory with every word I write and every book I publish."

  At the tender age of 13, my literary journey took a romantic turn thanks to a gift from my aunt—a novel by Diane Palmer. From that moment on, I was captivated. Each page turned deepened my fascination with the characters Palmer crafted, driving me to seek out every book bearing her name. 

As my love for romance novels blossomed, I delved into the works of other remarkable authors like Christine Feehan, Sherrilyn Kenyon, and Zoe Chant. Their stories ignited my imagination and instilled in me the courage to embark on my own writing journey.

Yet, it wasn't just the authors who inspired me; my journey to publication was made possible by the unwavering support of my writing group and cherished friends. Their encouragement and love served as the wind beneath my wings, propelling me toward the realization of my dream.
